1. How far in advance should we book a corporate magician?
For holiday parties, book as early as you can - November and December dates go first. For conferences and team events, 4 to 8 weeks out is a comfortable window, but reach out even if your date is close. If I am available, I will make it work.
2. How long is the interactive group show?
The Interactive Group Show runs 30 to 45 minutes and engages up to 200 guests. Mingle Magic is booked by the hour and can run through cocktails, a reception or a full evening.
3. Should we book mingle magic, the show, or both?
Both, if you want the full arc: mingle magic breaks the ice and gets strangers talking, then the show brings the whole room together. If you only pick one, pick mingle magic for networking-heavy events and the show for galas, conferences and all-hands where everyone is seated.
4. How much does a corporate magician in NYC cost?
It depends on the date, format, guest count, location and how much customization you want - which is why there is no single market price for a corporate magician. Send me your date and event details and I will give you an exact quote with no pressure.
5. Is the show appropriate for a work audience?
Yes - 100% clean, inclusive and HR-friendly. I come from a corporate HR background myself. Your guests become the stars, and nobody gets embarrassed, singled out or put on the spot in a way they will regret on Monday.
6. Do you travel outside NYC for corporate events?
Yes. I am based in Queens and regularly perform across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and Westchester when the event and budget fit. Just tell me where your event is when you inquire.
7. What do you need from us on the day?
Very little. Mingle Magic needs no setup at all - I arrive ready to work the room. The group show needs a small performance area and a room that can hear me. No stage, lighting rig or AV crew required for most rooms.
